Some aspects of managing people call for assessment and intervention that falls outside of the usual occupational domain. Benchmarking Assessment Psychologists can support clinical assessment to help our clients identify and manage underlying issues or to assess candidates where there is a need for a very deep understanding of the underlying personality or an explanation for more overt behaviours. We also assess for high-risk or public safety roles such as emergency services, civil aviation and aerospace.

We also work with clients to help to deal with issues such as:

• Disruptive or dysfunctional behaviour
• Long-term absenteeism
• Malingering
• Serious performance issues
• Trauma and depressive illness
• Personal difficulties that impact performance or engagement

We can also arrange follow-up to support individuals as required, such as counselling, psychotherapy, CBT and a range of other support services. All of our clinical assessment processes are conducted by registered clinical psychologists and meet the criteria for use as expert evidence in cases where recourse to legal remedies, disciplinary action or dismissal may be necessary.
